RESERVATION POLICY
A non-refundable* deposit amounting to 30% is required to confirm a reservation. The balance is payable in full no less than 45 days before departure date. Reservations made less than 45 days before departure date will be fully payable immediately, by check, credit card or bank transfer. We can arrange for monthly payments (please inquire).
NEXT-YEAR BOOKING
We offer a 5% rebate to patrons reserving for the following year. Confirmation must be given within 30 days after your stay has ended to qualify for next-year booking. A 30% non-refundable* deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
*Although the deposit is non-refundable, it can be transferred to another person of your choice or be credited to a reservation for the subsequent year.
FORMING GROUPS
Aventure Tunilik Outfitters reserves the right to add persons to a group when it is incomplete. We also offer group pricing. Ask us about it.

LIABILITY
Pourvoirie Aventure Tunilik inc. has a refund guarantee on all payments if company liquidation should occur. Pourvoirie Aventure Tunilik inc. cannot be held responsible for delays by an airline company that can cause delays upon departure or arrival. We do recommend that our clients transferring out of Montreal before or after their stay allow for a minimum 24-hour connecting period. We can help you choose a hotel in Montreal. Related expenses (meals, taxi, hotel, etc.) are at customer's charge. Pourvoirie Aventure Tunilik inc. cannot be held responsible for late-show at departure.
Pourvoirie Aventure Tunilik inc. is not responsible for negligence, damage or loss of luggage and will not be held responsible for loss, damage, lateness, sickness, injury, inconvenience, anxiety arising from causes that are not under its control, such as: theft, strike, mechanical failure, quarantine, government regulations and/or weather conditions.
Arrangements such as plane reservations must be made several months in advance. Changes may occur to the programs described in our brochures or on our website. Pourvoirie Aventure Tunilik will gladly offer a package to match your initial choice.
Insufficient number of reservations might result in package cancellation. In such cases, customers are notified at least 30 days before departure date.
Plane and land transportation expenses to evacuate a client for sickness, safety, or personal reasons will be met by said client. We strongly recommend buying all inclusive and/or cancellation insurance plans.
The customer who chooses to travel on his own to our Schefferville base or one of our satellite camps must first make arrangements with Aventure Tunilik Outfitters concerning time and place of meeting. He will alone be responsible for this operation.
N.B.: A person booking a trip with us implicitly agrees to the general conditions listed on the website or in the brochure.
LEGAL CLAIMS
Contracts with Pourvoirie Aventure Tunilik inc. being signed in the province of Quebec (Canada), any legal claim must be handled by a Quebec court.

INFORMATION: WHAT TO DO WHEN ARRIVING IN MONTREAL
If arriving by plane, you must go to the Hilton Montreal Airport - 12505 Côte-de-Liesse in Montreal (tel.: 514-631-2411 ).
there is a complimentary airport shuttle every 15 minutes.
We provide free parking-with 24-hour security service-for the length of your stay. We cannot be held responsible however for any breakage, theft, or damage to your vehicle.
Upon your return, you will be able to buy some dry ice on the spot. Our clients may use for 24 hours, at no charge, a refrigerated warehouse located in the Holiday Inn parking lot. We are not to be held responsible for any loss.
All luggage should be clearly identified. We strongly advise to also use a means of visual identification. We recommend that firearms, fishing rods, bows, cameras, and camcorders be transported in rigid casing. Hunters carrying black powder should notify us so we can make the necessary arrangements for its transportation.
Pourvoirie Aventure Tunilik will not be held responsible for loss of or damage to your luggage. It is your responsibility to be present when it is time to pick up your luggage in Schefferville and Montreal.

In September, temperatures may vary from 4°C (40°F) to 10°C (50°F) during daytime, sometimes with a wind chill factor. After mid-September, there may be some snowfalls with wind or cold rain. Dress warmly and do not forget gloves and warm waterproof boots.

FIREARMS DECLARATION
It is your responsibility to ensure you comply with all regulations before entering Canada, especially holding a valid passport and all relevant registration documents for your firearms.
